We have the personnel and the requisite experience to carry out maintenance service for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. Our maintenance service engagements are flexible; we can carry out ad-hoc maintenance service and can also use a retainer model where our personnel carries out regular maintenance such as monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual arrangement.
Our service intervention model includes predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs and overhauling in the event of a breakdown of an ACMV. Besides support services, we have competence in vibration analysis and provides OAT and FAT for new installations of ACMV.
Our maintenance service entails making a comprehensive inspection and electrical tests of your devices to ensure safety. We enhance your organization’s compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety requirements of the International Labour Organization.

With our thermographic analysis technology, we can quickly detect extreme temperatures which are the primary cause of device failures. This test is an excellent method of proactive maintenance, it identified impending problems so you can take the initiative to prevent costly breakdown and service downtime. After our analysis, we deliver a comprehensive report with high-resolution infra-red images, specify fault locations, temperature information, and the electrical parameters. Besides detecting imminent malfunctions, we make recommendations to help correct anomalies that are identified.
